This project focused on the design of internal and external communication systems for Equs, including presentation decks, business development materials, product documentation, and partner facing assets distributed both digitally and in print. The objective was to establish a coherent visual and structural system that could clearly articulate a new product while supporting evolving relationships with stakeholders, collaborators, and partners.
Working within a predefined color palette and brand guide, I focused heavily on layout design, hierarchy, and modular structure to create documents that were legible, adaptable, and consistent across contexts. Grid systems, typographic rhythm, and spatial organization were used to support clarity and flow, allowing complex information to be communicated efficiently to both internal and external audiences.
Rather than treating each deck or document as a standalone artifact, the work approached documentation as a system. This systems based approach ensured scalability across use cases while maintaining continuity and cohesion. The project positions graphic design as an infrastructural layer within product development, where layout and visual systems help build trust, comprehension, and alignment long before a product reaches the market.
