This project focused on the design of internal documentation and communication systems for Blockchains Inc., including onboarding materials for new employees, company wide guidelines, and white papers distributed across teams ranging from developers to C level executives. The objective was to create a unified system that could communicate clearly across varied audiences while supporting consistency and scalability within a growing organization.
Working within an established brand structure, I designed layout systems that prioritized hierarchy, clarity, and adaptability. Typography, spacing, and modular grids were used to support both quick reference and deeper reading, recognizing the different ways teams engage with internal information. In addition to long form documentation, I created visual assets such as banners for internal and external employee emails, newsletter graphics, and online card designs for social posts, ensuring continuity across internal communication and outward facing channels.
Rather than treating documentation and communication materials as isolated outputs, this work approached them as interconnected components of a broader system. By aligning onboarding documents, technical guidelines, executive white papers, and digital communication assets under a shared visual and organizational logic, the project demonstrates how graphic design can function as an infrastructural tool that supports knowledge transfer, alignment, and organizational cohesion.
